Building and Maintenance Technician for Residential Services - Full Time/Part Time
Qualifications
Minimum of five years experience in one of the following standard trade practices: carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing. Ability to perform remodeling of kitchens and baths in the applicable areas of expertise in accordance with the applicable building codes and standards. Must demonstrate ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. To assist in snow removal at various sites. Demonstrate ability to repair/maintain/clean the residential facilities/grounds/equipment and maintain complete records. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid IL driver’s license, own transportation and proof of valid vehicle insurance in force.
Description
To maintain the facilities, grounds, apartments and vehicles in good repair and in orderly, safe, and sanitary condition. Working hours: Flexible (20) hours between Mon. - Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
