Manager of Case Management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree and a minimum of two years of experience.

Description
1. Recruit all new workers for the businesses. This would include the positing of in-house positions, running newspaper ads, and other methods for attracting a qualified work force.
2.
Responsible for gathering and maintaining initial employment documentation in personnel files. This function would include the filing of any and all intake materials, employment applications, release of information forms, signed orientations forms, Federal and State income tax forms, pay rates, 1-9’s etc.
3.
Responsible for maintaining documentation of disciplinary procedures (warnings, termination etc.) for all workers.
4.
Provide training to staff related to human resource issues.
5.
Develop an internal Employee Assistance Provider Program for all workers. This would include the establishment of a resource system that staff would utilize to access outside support services.
6.
Responsible for providing annual reviews of all workers in the businesses. Discuss other job opportunities with workers based on their skills and choice as part of the annual review. Documentation of all reviews will be maintained in personnel files.
7.
Maintain compliance and keep current with all human resource regulations, including but not limited to ADA, EEOC, labor laws, OSHA etc. Maintain files in accordance with these and all applicable federal and state regulations.
8. Responsible for ensuring that all human resource issues are dealt with fairly.
9.
Investigate, coordinate and administer any benefits program adopted by the businesses of the agency.
10.
Serve as the liaison with Employment Opportunities for purposes of coordinating referrals to/from the businesses.
11.
Oversee wage administration program.
12.
Develop and manage a safety program for all workers. This will include documenting all injuries, creating a program so that on the job injuries are reduced, monitoring of workers compensation claims, filing of all tracking forms and relevant paperwork.
13. Monitor and contest, as appropriate, all claims for unemployment.
14.
Work cooperatively with the Anixter Center’s Human Resources Department.
15.
Participate in other duties and assignments as assigned.
