Anixter Center offers a variety of hands-on assistance related to job search, including, but not limited to:

  • Arranging transportation for your job interviews

  • Finding an interpreter or personal attendant

  • Locating an appropriate apartment

  • Arranging modification of your living space to make it physically accessible

  • Securing job accommodations

  • Educating employers about disability issues

  • Obtaining assistive devices

  • Visiting you on campus

  • Assisting with other government programs

  • Doing miscellaneous paperwork
