Services for People with Disabilities

Anixter Center creates an environment where people with disabilities build supportive relationships with family, peers and staff. We understand that the value of a caring and nurturing environment is just as important as the need to live independently, and our array of services and programs addresses this balance that must be achieved in helping individuals reach their full potential.

Anixter Center Educational Services provides individualized instruction to children and adults in an academic setting. Programs are designed and implemented through a multidisciplinary team approach to student needs, with a strong emphasis on community integration.

Anixter Center provides residential services and support to people with disabilities in a caring, compassionate and competent manner that honors individuals, their abilities and their personal choices.

Anixter Center strives to make sure quality health services are available to address the needs of people with disabilities.

Anixter Center Community and Day Rehabilitation Services are designed to support the efforts of people with disabilities to lead full and self-directed lives. These services focus on learning, socializing, skill building, creating networks of support and connecting to the community.
