EVENT Town Hall meeting in response to Governor Blagojevich’s 2004 budget address.
   
WHO More than 100 Anixter Center clients - individuals with a wide range of disabilities - will gather with the staff of the agency and others to view and react to Governor Blagojevich’s budget address.
   
WHAT Anixter Center is one of the largest organizations in Chicago providing a broad, innovative array of services to individuals with disabilities. Seventy programs operate from 35 locations, and some agency programs are unique in the state of Illinois . With a $30 million budget, Anixter Center is one of the state’s largest agencies devoted solely to people with disabilities. Nearly 70 percent of the agency’s funding is from government sources, the majority of it from the state.
